DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Deep Tissue consists of many techniques such as deep compression on tension, knots etc. Stretching is necessary for prevention of recurrences. If you have more than 3 problem areas I highly recommend doing the 90 min.
MEDICAL MASSAGE

With my Medical Massage, I am specifically trained to enhance your bodys healing, (targeting a specific problem for the hour)
ie; Sciatica. warm up with a machine like RRT (soft tissue) or theragun (broader muscles).
PNF, isometric stretching to reset the muscle fibers, increase flexibility and prevent recurring tension, heavy compression
the additional luxury of unlimited heat and ice.

25th= 2nd MLD
A client had a full knee replacement. After just the second treatment swelling and bruising went down this much!

TRIGGER POINT THERAPY
An Ancient Science
Trigger Point therapy is holding and pressing constantly on knots and trigger points in order to deoxygenate the tissue to relax. Stretching is mandatory after I will leave 15 mins of the session to dedicate that in. Knots have non referral pain while trigger points have referral pain.
Lymphathic Drainage
The most effective treatment pre/post surgery for edema and healing. THIS IS OPPOSITE from massage.
Applying .1-4 oz of pressure in a sequence to the skin will open the anchoring filaments for the lymphatic system to drain. Its great for bad bruises, pregnancy edema, medications, lack of exercise and or hydration will all contribute.
